DIRTVision Account Update – Free

It looks like the account you updated has a FREE DIRTVision Vault account associated with it. If you have a subscription on another account please try using another email. See below for help recovering your account email from our apps.

If you have any issues logging in once we implement our passwordless system in the next few weeks, please reach out to support@dirtvision.com

iPhone

  • Open Settings
  • Tap Mail
  • Select Accounts
  • Tap an account, like iCloud or Gmail, to see the email address

Apple Device

  • Open Settings
  • Tap your name
  • Tap Sign-in & Security

AppleTV

  • Go to Settings > Accounts and look under your name to see what Apple ID (email) the device is logged into

Android Device

  • Open the Settings app
  • Scroll down and select Accounts or Accounts & Sync
  • Select Accounts
  • Select an email account to view its settings and details

AndroidTV

  • Log in to your Google account using the on-screen keyboard on your remote:
  • Use the arrow buttons on your remote to navigate the on-screen keyboard
  • Press the center button to select
  • Enter your password and select NEXT
  • If you’ve successfully logged in, the email address you used will appear next to the Google icon

Roku

  • Press the Home button. on your Roku remote.
  • Scroll up or down and select Settings.
  • Select System.
  • Select About to view the email address.

fireTV

  • The email address associated with a Fire TV is the same email address used to sign into the Amazon account.
  • Use a computer or tablet web browser to go to your Amazon account
  • Select Manage Your Content and Devices
  • Select the Devices tab
  • Look for the Fire TV listed

XboxOne

  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide
  • Select Profile & system
  • Select Settings
  • Select Account
  • Select Sign-in, security & PIN
  • Under Show on Home, the email address or phone number used to sign in will be displayed

Samsung

  • Sign in to your Samsung account on your TV
  • Select Settings
  • Select All Settings
  • Select General & Privacy
  • Select System Manager
  • Select Samsung Account
