Working at WRG

There are four primary areas in which WRG employees work:

Corporate Office:

  • Our corporate office is based in Concord, NC, and houses the executive team, sales and marketing, video content, public relations, creative, human resources and accounting. Our Fan Experience, Event Ticketing and Event Operations teams are also based here.


  • Our DIRTVision team is based in Concord, NC. Some of our team is based in the studio or support function while the mobile production units travel to events. We also have part-time team members who may assist with race night productions.

Touring Series:

  • Employment opportunities with our touring series are among the most coveted positions in dirt track racing. Many of the positions are full-time in the areas of series operation and administration as well as in officiating. Because these positions are so desirable, opportunities in this area is limited.

Special Events:

  • We’re proud to have employees during DIRTcar Nationals and Super DIRT Week. These employees are part-time and work only for the specific event with no expectation of continued employment.

Regardless of where they work, we carefully select each team member to represent the best in dirt track racing and customer care. Our employees are hard-working and strive to give our customers a memorable experience to create lifelong fans.
